Once you’ve earned some Crystal Coins, you can redeem them with any purchase. All you need to do is apply the Crystal Coins you’d like to use at checkout.

It is completely free to join and stay in the rewards club.

Yes the rewards club is available worldwide.Crystal Coins are earned per the AUD equivalent of your order value. For example a US customer who spends $100 USD will earn approximately 148 Crystal Coins as $100 USD is equivalent to $148 AUD.When redeeming rewards they are calculated in AUD and converted into local currency at cart. For example, a US customer redeeming a $20 AUD voucher will receive approximately $14 USD.

You can earn Crystal Coins in the following ways:

- 20 Crystal Coins when you sign up

- 1 Crystal Coin per $1 AUD spent

- 10 Crystal Coins each for following on Facebook or Instagram

- 10 Crystal Coins if you share on Facebook

- 20 Crystal Coins to celebrate you on your birthday

Sign in to your store account then click on the "Rewards" launcher button at the bottom left of the screen to open the rewards panel.

Log in to your store account, then click on the "Rewards" launcher button on the bottom left of the screen to open the rewards panel. Click on "All Rewards". Here you'll be able to see all the rewards you have enough Crystal Coins for. If you have enough Crystal Coins, click the Redeem button and the voucher will be applied to your cart.

No, currently they do not expire.

Once you have redeemed your Crystal Coins for a reward the reward will remain available in your store account until your next purchase.

Your Luna Tide VIP Reward codes can't be used in combination with other promotional or gift cards codes.

Your Crystal Coins earned for that purchase will be returned back to us. If a reward was redeemed for the return purchase it will continue to be marked as redeemed in your account.

So long as you used the same email address associated with your Luna Tide VIP Rewards Club (on your store account) your Crystal Coins will be allocated.

Crystal Coins are unable to be added to your account retroactively. You can earn Crystal Coins on all future purchases when logged into your account.

Crystal Coins are only earned on valid purchases made directly from our online store.
