Repairs on your Luna Tide jewellery

We want you to love your jewellery so much you wear it all the time! Over time and under certain stresses and strains jewellery can unexpectedly break, but that doesn't need to be the end of your jewellery's lifetime!

Please email me at customercare@lunatide.com.au with a photograph and description of the breakage and I'll let you know which package to select from this listing to cover the repair costs. The shipping method you choose when ordering this listing is for the shipping method to ship the repaired jewellery back to you.

Once you've placed your order please send your jewellery back to me in a padded envelope or the original packaging to protect it and send it via a trackable form of delivery. I'll let you know when your jewellery has arrived, has been repaired and is back on its way to you.

Your jewellery is individually presented in a white branded gift box along with a fact card about the crystal. To protect your jewellery we seal the jewellery box in a biogradable bag and send it in a padded envelope.

If you require gift wrap, please ensure you have ticked yes under the "Gift wrap" option for it to be included in your purchase.

We want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind we gladly accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:

• Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
• Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
• Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
• All sale items and giftcards are final and are exempt from being returned.
