• Earrings are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons.
• Custom jewellery is exempt from returns as it is made specifically for you.
• Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.

Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we are unable to cover accidental loss, damage, or changes in appearance due to normal wear or handling.

If your piece unexpectedly breaks, we offer complimentary repairs for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, with a small fee for repairs needed beyond that period. This warranty applies exclusively to full-priced items purchased directly from our website and does not extend to items bought from marketplaces or stockists.
