14k Gold Fill

Gold filled jewellery is an affordable alternative to solid gold that is durable, tarnish resistant and wearable for people with sensitive skin. It is hypoallergenic. It is made with a thick layer of gold that has been bonded over a base metal. The thick layer will never wear off. It will not tarnish.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is .925 silver with a .075 copper additive. It is an affordable version of pure silver. Sterling silver is suitable for people with sensitive skin. It is hypoallergenic. Being real silver it will tarnish in humid conditions but it can be easily cleaned to restore it back to its original quality with a silver polishing cloth.

14k Rose Gold Fill

Rose gold filled jewellery is very pretty, durable, and tarnish resistant. It is made with a thick layer of rose gold (which is a combination of solid gold, silver and copper) that has been bonded over a base metal. The thick layer will never wear off. It may tarnish lightly in humid conditions due to the trace amount of copper however it is easy to clean off with a polishing cloth.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is our most durable and maintenance free option. It is a dark silver colour and is made from solid, medical grade stainless steel. It will not tarnish and is hypoallergenic. It is ideal if you live in a humid climate (as it won't ever tarnish) or you want to wear your jewellery all the time (including in the shower or ocean).

We want you to love your new jewellery! If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Jewellery must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed, in original packaging).
• Earrings are exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons.
• Custom jewellery is exempt from returns as it is made specifically for you.
• Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.

Each piece of our jewellery is handmade with care to ensure it endures for as long as possible. We gladly replace items if they are found defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we are unable to cover accidental loss, damage, or changes in appearance due to normal wear or handling.

If your piece unexpectedly breaks, we offer complimentary repairs for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, with a small fee for repairs needed beyond that period. This warranty applies exclusively to full-priced items purchased directly from our website and does not extend to items bought from marketplaces or stockists.
