Sarah really does excel with both her customer service and beautiful quality jewellery. I was excited to find the amethyst hoop earrings for my daughter's birthday. The turn around time from placing the online order and being delivered was incredibly fast and the earrings were beautifully presented in a gift box. I was hoping for the amethysts to be a darker colour and when I raised this query with Sarah she was extremely accommodating and somehow helped me to meet the looming birthday deadline.
