Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is .925 silver with a .075 copper additive. It is an affordable version of pure silver. Sterling silver is suitable for people with sensitive skin. It is hypoallergenic. Being real silver it will tarnish in humid conditions but it can be easily cleaned to restore it back to its original quality with a silver polishing cloth.

14k Rose Gold Fill
Rose gold filled jewellery is very pretty, durable, and tarnish resistant. It is made with a thick layer of rose gold (which is a combination of solid gold, silver and copper) that has been bonded over a base metal. The thick layer will never wear off. It may tarnishly lightly in humid conditions due to the trace amount of copper however it is easy to clean off with a polishing cloth.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is our most durable and maintenance free option. It is a dark silver colour and is made from solid, medical grade stainless steel. It will not tarnish and is hypoallergenic. It is ideal if you live in a humid climate (as it won't ever tarnish) or you want to wear your jewellery all the time (including in the shower or ocean).

Can I get this necklace wet?
We recommend removing before swimming and showering because this design uses a translucent crystal and soap, dirt and water may get trapped in the gap between the crystal and the wire.
If you select this necklace in sterling silver keep in mind all silver jewellery oxidises when exposed to water but it is easily removed with a polishing cloth.

Stainless Steel

We want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind we gladly accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:

• Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
• Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
• Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
• All sale items and giftcards are final and are exempt from being returned.

Your jewellery is handmade with care to ensure it lasts as long as possible. We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, but as all jewellery is delicate we're unable to cover accidental loss, damages or changes in appearance due to normal wear or rough handling.

Should it unexpectedly break we offer free repairs up to 1 year from purchase and a small fee on repairs required beyond that.
